My Grandma Christensen turned 89 on January 22nd. I regret to say that I don't see much of her like I use to because she is in a home. I still have all my wonderful memories of her and how vibrant and alive she always was, and despite her failing health and old age, she still has this qualities. I remember all the fun we had at her house growing up with all her dolls, cats, plants all over her house. I remember pudding pops, trips to the bakery, shopping trips to the DI. She was always so full of spunk and so much energy for being a grandma. I had a feeling this may be the last birthday I would see her. So I had all my kids come visit her on her birthday and took many pictures. However she is so still so full of life she may surprise us with a visit on her 90th. Love you Grandma!!

Your Grandma is still as beautiful as she was when I knew her. I am glad you had a great time with her on her special day. I loved the slide show.
Happy Birthday Inez. I too remember going to her house with you guys as a kid. I remember ALL the dolls she had and thinking that was the coolest thing ever!
